INTRODUCTORY/INSTRUCTIONAL DVD
  • Introduction to the RKS Training System
  • Expert Instruction for all kettlebell and non-kettlebell exercises used in the 16 workouts
  • The instructional DVD will improve your fitness level quickly by showing you the proper technique for using the kettlebell with each of the thirteen exercises that form the core of RKS.
WORKOUT 1 – 4
  • Will build the foundation of your kettlebell training introducing intervals, circuits and supersets
  • Prepares your body for the resistance and cardiovascular training ahead
  • Face your first of 4 challenges with Doug that will leave you with a feeling of accomplishment
WORKOUT 5 – 8
  • Will challenge your core and strength with the introduction of overhead kettlebell exercises
  • Longer intervals and reduced rest periods will have your metabolism working at peak levels
  • New exercise combination’s will have your strength pushed to the max
WORKOUT 9 – 12
  • Addition of cleans to your pressing movements will increase strength, calorie output and eliminate body fat
  • An incredibly challenging interval program will cause metabolic disruption while at the same time producing strength-endurance gains
WORKOUT 13 – 16
  • The most challenging week, utilizing a complex that will require every muscle and energy you can muster
  • A challenge with Doug that will have your heart working overtime
  • A lengthy interval workout that will shed body fat at a rapid pace
